Guardianship/Conservatorships

 

At Levin & Atwood, we help clients establish and administer Guardianships and Conservatorships. A family member unable to care for himself or herself or manage his or her own property, whether due to a physical or mental disability or because such person is under the age of 18, may need a guardian, conservator, or both. We can help a family in this situation and thereby help assure that the disabled or minor family member’s rights, property, and person are being respected and protected, and that the people caring for that person or managing that person’s property have the necessary paperwork in order to legally act in such a capacity.
